David Kelley
David is the President of R F Associates. His territory covers Los Angeles
County, Orange County (north of the 22 Freeway), and Kern,
Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and San Bernardino Counties. He has a BSEE from Southern Methodist
University and an MSEE from Stanford University. He comes to us from O'Donnell
& Associates, an electronic component representative organization in Southern California.
Prior to his affiliation with O'Donnell, he was a microwave systems engineer with Collins Radio. His

Wayne Dewey
Wayne is the Vice President of R F Associates. His territory covers San Diego County, Imperial
County, Orange County (south of the 22 Freeway), and Riverside County. He
has seven years of experience in RF test equipment manufacturing and 20 years as a junior
engineer/senior technician in RF test equipment, switch-mode power supplies, stepper and brushless
DC motors, and HF/VHF/UHF radio manufacturing. Wayne founded AEA Wireless, Inc., an RF test
equipment manufacturer. He is experienced in building prototypes and designing PCB layouts. His
sales and marketing experience includes authoring literature and advertisements, conducting sales
training, managing trade-show activities, etc. His academic pursuits include electronics engineering, drafting,
mathematics (through calculus), business management, marketing, business law, and accounting. He is a
licensed pilot, enjoys boating and motorcycling, and holds an Advanced Class amateur radio license
